Terms:

Lessee is responsible for all damages including fire and theft that might occur to the golf car(s) while in their possession.

There will be a $10.00 charge for each sticker that is left on the golf car(s). There will be a $ 3.00 charge for each missing key that is not returned to Sutcliffe Golf Cars.

The golf car(s) must be returned to the drop off point for pick up.

Lessee will hold Sutcliffe Golf Cars harmless solely and exclusively from any Liability incurred as a result of the negligence of lessee's employees, agents, officers or third parties as a result of the use of the car(s) listed by lease.

Licensed drivers only.

No tampering or altering of any engine parts.
No replacement allowed unless authorization
is given from Sutcliffe Golf Cars.
Lessee is responsible for all damages to golf cars other than normal wear.
Note: Credit Cards are not charged until cart is delivered
